Many have unusual architectural features which distinguish them, however, all are equipped with private baths, queen beds, color remote TV/VCR, DVD, clock CD radios, plush bathrobes, ceiling fans, central climate control, generous lighting & living spaces, and numerous other luxuries which we will surprise you with upon arrival. For our guests' comfort & convenience, all guestrooms have private, in-room bathrooms. Most are tub/shower combinations, some are steamshowers, some are whirlpools and some are showers only. Veranda Suite A queen-bedded spacious room with direct access to the rear veranda overlooking the gardens and ponds. $200 - $250 Bathroom Carriage House Cottage A very private & secluded suite nestled within the manicured gardens and multiple Victorian fishponds. A true paradise setting within an urban oasis. $225 - $325 Bedroom Bathroom Downing Room Named after W. T. Downing, the original architect, the Downing Room is the original master bedroom, complete with ornate fireplace, unique leaded glass windows and accessory porches. $150 - $200 Eastlake Room The Eastlake Room is named after the style of antique furniture which graces this unique room. Original stenciling, curved & arched windows and a projecting bay are special highlights. $150 - $200 Tiffany Room The Tiffany Room is named in honor of Louis Comfort Tiffany, the designer of the magnificent two-story, 5-panel stained glass windows just outside of this room. Tiffany was a friend of the first owners. $200 - $250 Bathroom Tiffany Suite A private separate bedroom adjoined to the Tiffany Room with direct access to the upper veranda. $225 - $300
